Sergiusz Najar spoke, among other things, about the fact that many factors contributed to the emergence of the global financial crisis. In modern economies, people focused on profit at any cost. They planned to achieve it over many decades (these were virtual funds). Loans were granted on a massive scale, in domestic and foreign currencies, and debts were traded globally. These are only some of the causes of the crisis. The politician also pointed out that the financial situation around the world depends on the condition of the economy in the United States.

Sergiusz Najar also spoke about the economic and political situation in Poland. He advocated Poland adopting the euro as soon as possible. In his opinion, the current and previous governments, including the SLD, are responsible for the scale of the crisis in Poland. The current political situation in Poland was also discussed by the Bolesławiec residents attending the meeting. At the end of the meeting, the participants raised a toast to mark the approaching Women’s Day.
