I’m not a fan of this kind of music, and I wonder what our officials find fascinating about this musical genre when they chose disco polo bands for us to hear at Bolesławiec Days. Because I don’t like any of them. And you—who would you like to listen to?

Grażyna Hanaf, a resident of Bolesławiec, trained as an art historian, journalist for the regional portal and newspaper istotne.pl, author of three fairy tales (Garbuska, Dziewczynka-skrzynka, Zaginieni rodzice) and two novels (Joachim and Joachim Zemsta), as well as Polish- and French-language travel guides: Morocco and Provence (published by ExpressMap); lecturer for the New Horizons Film Education program (2008–20015). As an instructor in visual arts and a cultural animator, she created and led educational film projects for young people (2005–2006); founder of the Film Discussion Club in Bolesławiec (2005).
