The main subject of Klub Trójki this Thursday will be the Fundusz Dla Odmiany organization, which offers grants and support to people “overlooked by the system.” In 2025, in Bolesławiec, Fundusz dla Odmiany organized the conclusion of the third edition of its flagship program “Odmienianie krok po kroku”
– We will dismantle all myths and stereotypes, offering an in-depth reflection on broadly understood non-heteronormativity; we will talk about grassroots activism and self-organization – the program’s producer announces.
The program’s guests will be:
Aleksandra Muzińska – founder and board member of Fundusz dla Odmiany, LGBT+ activist, trainer and graduate of the TROP Group School of Trainers. She works on building acceptance and equality for LGBT+ people in Poland, creating social strategies, and mobilizing allies to support minorities. She conducts training for companies and public institutions on the situation of LGBT+ people and effective allyship in the workplace.
Grażyna Hanaf – writer, journalist, activist and mother of a transgender person. Organizer of two Equality Marches in Bolesławiec, she is also involved in efforts for women’s rights and in educating children and young people. A participant in the third edition of Fundusz dla Odmiany’s “Odmienianie krok po kroku” program, where she developed initiatives to build dialogue and equality in her local community.
Natalia Wójcik (Tychy) – founder and chairwoman of the Tychy Osiedle Q association, the first organization in Tychy working for LGBT+ people. She coordinates the association’s activities, runs the Osiedle Qulturalne club and co-organized the first Tyski Dzień Równości. An activist and linguist, she works to help queer people and women reclaim social, linguistic and urban space.
The program will be hosted by Paulina Wilk, a journalist and author of books about India, Poland’s transformation and the cities of the future. She focuses on social life, global development and literature. She co-founded the “Kultura nie boli” Foundation, the Big Book Cafe literary centers and the international Big Book Festival.
