The incident took place on May 24, at around 7:00 p.m., when asp. Artur Milewicz and post. Tomasz Lewandowski, police officers from the Legnica traffic unit, were on duty in the city. At that point, on Złotoryjska Street, a Ford driver approached the officers and informed them in a trembling voice that his daughter was losing consciousness inside the car and that he needed help.
The officers immediately decided to escort the car to the Specialist Hospital in Legnica. Using their emergency lights and siren, the police helped the father and child reach the facility quickly and safely.
The girl was immediately handed over to medical staff, who provided her with professional care.
