The incident occurred on Tuesday, 22 May, near the Bolesławiec viaduct. At around 6:00 a.m., the motorcycle rider, a 17-year-old resident of the City of Ceramics, lost control of the vehicle and overturned. The police and medical assistance were called to the scene. Fortunately, the teenager suffered only general bruising and abrasions.
What is more, it came to light that the young resident of Bolesławiec was not licensed to ride a motorcycle and… was drunk. The test showed 1.8 per mille of alcohol.
The 17-year-old will now answer for his actions before the court. He could face up to two years in prison.
