The woman came to Bolesławiec from Szprotawa. During a torrential downpour, she parked on Polna Street. She was convinced that her car would be safe. Unfortunately, because the sewer inlets were clogged, the water rose to almost half a metre and flooded the parked cars.
“If the sewer inlets are not draining the water, the water utility is obliged to send a sewage tanker. I know because I worked for the water utility in Szprotawa. They are supposed to pump the water out of those inlets,” the agitated woman said. “The president should expect a lawsuit,” the affected woman added.
Did your cars also suffer because the sewer inlets could not keep up with draining the water?
