Officers from the Prevention Department of the Municipal Police Headquarters, while on duty on Poznańska Street in Legnica, stopped a Peugeot for a roadside inspection. Suspecting that the driver might be under the influence of drugs, the officers conducted a drug test. It showed that the 25-year-old had got behind the wheel under the influence of amphetamine-group narcotics. (What is more, police officers found several doses of marijuana in her car.)
The 25-year-old was arrested and taken to police custody. She now faces up to three years in prison.
