The man was arrested on 26 March 2018 in Bolesławiec. As a result of a search, police officers discovered significant quantities of narcotic drugs on Wojciech K. and in his apartment:
- nearly 110 grams of cannabis herb
- 77 ecstasy tablets
- 6 g of methamphetamine.
In addition, the police secured PLN 10,320 in cash from the suspect. Wojciech K. offered the officers PLN 1,500 each from the money found on him in exchange for throwing away the substances they had found and refraining from arresting him.
The man was arrested and brought to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec. There, he was charged.
Wojciech K. confessed to the acts he was accused of and gave explanations concerning the case. The suspect is under police supervision and is prohibited from leaving the country. The prosecutor’s office secured the money he had with him against the penalties he may face.
