Forum club councillor Eugeniusz Jabłoński filed an interpellation regarding the planting of oaks to mark the centenary of the Independence of the Republic of Poland. He added that if it proved impossible to find a suitable location, at least one oak should be planted symbolically.
Mayor: “I must reassure you: there is an initiative by the State Forests, and they intend to plant oaks. Admittedly, not one hundred, but three.”
Most probably, three columnar oaks will appear in the Municipal Park on Parkowa Street (that is, the one that has never been called “Waryński Park”). We will return to the subject.
