The incident took place on March 22, at around 4:00 p.m., in Lubomierz (Lwówek County). The 25-year-old man returned home while experiencing drug withdrawal. He demanded money and started a fight, during which he struck his mother and then his sister, who came to her defense. He threatened to cause bodily harm and to set the house on fire.
The patrol that arrived at the scene did not find the aggressor. He returned while the police officers were assisting the injured women. In the presence of the officers, he once again began threatening his family.
The officers decided to place the family under a Blue Card procedure and arrest the perpetrator. The 25-year-old was taken into police custody.
