Repairs to traffic lights at Zgorzelecka have begun

Repairs to the damaged traffic lights have begun at the intersection of Wesoła and Zgorzelecka streets.

The traffic lights had not been working since the end of January this year. They were damaged by a windstorm. Repairs to the damaged traffic signal began on Friday. The lights at the intersection will soon be working again. What do you think—are traffic lights necessary at this location?
