A policewoman from the District Police Headquarters in Lwówek Śląski, while off duty, noticed a man riding a bicycle in Włodzice Wielkie who could barely keep his balance.
As it turned out, the 35-year-old resident of Bolesławiec County was completely drunk. He had 3.2 per mille of alcohol in his exhaled breath.
The cyclist was detained. The 35-year-old will now answer for his actions before the District Court in Lwówek.
