The incident occurred on Tuesday, February 27, at around 12:00 p.m., on national road No. 94, between Bolesławiec and Brzeźnik (Bolesławiec municipality). A 47-year-old man from Bolesławiec municipality was driving a van with a trailer loaded with rubble. At one point, for reasons not yet established, the trailer became detached, moved into the opposite lane and collided with an Opel passenger car driven by a 48-year-old woman from Bolesławiec.
The woman was taken to hospital.

Fortunately, the woman did not suffer any more serious injuries. The incident was classified as a collision.
