Once again, a petroleum-based substance has leaked from a vehicle. This time, an oily slick is on the Bolesławiec bypass, from the roundabout at Kościuszki Street to the roundabout before Kruszyn. The fire service and police are at the scene. Traffic on the bypass between the roundabouts has been halted. The slick is being removed.
