The incident occurred on Monday, February 12, near the village of Stara Oleszna (Bolesławiec municipality). A 30-year-old man from Lubusz Voivodeship, driving an Audi A6, lost control of the vehicle, left the road and ended up in a ditch. The car overturned.

According to police findings, the man was driving too fast. Fortunately, the 30-year-old, who was travelling alone, suffered no serious injuries. The driver was fined PLN 100.

As we read on the Facebook profile of the volunteer firefighters from Trzebień:

The report stated that two cars were involved in the incident and that injured people were trapped inside them. When emergency services arrived at the scene, it turned out that one passenger car was involved and was lying on its roof in a ditch. One person was travelling in the vehicle; they had previously left the wreck unaided and did not require medical assistance.

In addition to the firefighters from Trzebień, firefighters from the KP PSP in Bolesławiec, the police and a medical rescue team took part in the operation.
