Dear Mr. Mayor,

It is with sadness, but without disappointment, that I state that your actions aimed at repairing the road surface on Grabowa Street are yet another textbook example of the wastefulness, ineptitude and incompetence of the officials under your authority.

A photograph taken today, February 1, 2018, confirms that the rapid success trumpeted by your Press Spokeswoman is an image-building lie intended to mislead public opinion about the proper and “rapid” actions of your officials and yourself as the city’s administrator.

The public money you spent on the purported remedial work on Grabowa Street was literally thrown into the mud. As can be seen, the condition of the road has not changed, and the road still resembles a quagmire.

To do something properly, one must above all:

- want to do it—and you did not want to repair the road, but once again to show what an excellent administrator you are.

- know how to do it—and, as can be seen in the photograph, your officials have no “idea whatsoever” how to do so.

- have the financial resources for the renovation—and according to your statements, you do not have them (for 9 years now!).

There are no words in the language of civilized people sufficiently insulting to properly describe and assess your practices.

In my opinion, given the evident waste of public money and mismanagement, the law enforcement authorities should take an interest in the purported actions of your officials.
