The incident took place on Wednesday, January 24, before 10:00 a.m., on the road between Kruszyn (Bolesławiec commune) and Tomaszów (Warta Bolesławiecka commune). The driver of a Volkswagen, a 25-year-old resident of our county, improperly performed an overtaking maneuver, forcing a 23-year-old from Lwówek County, who was driving a Ford, to react suddenly. The Ford left the road and overturned.
The 23-year-old was injured and taken to hospital. It is not yet known how serious his injuries are. The resident of our county lost his driving licence.
