The incident took place on January 19. The duty officer of the Bolesławiec Municipal Police received a telephone report that an unknown perpetrator had dumped rubble into a waste-bin enclosure at the rear of Partyzantów Avenue.
Officers identified the perpetrator of the offence. The man was fined and ordered to clean up the waste.
