Police officers from the Criminal Department of Police Station I in Jelenia Góra detained a 41-year-old man suspected of theft with burglary. The crime took place in December last year. The victim lost his bank card. It was found by a 41-year-old resident of Jelenia Góra, who decided to use it. He made purchases with it five times. Two further attempts were unsuccessful. (The owner estimated the losses at more than PLN 75.)
The 41-year-old was detained. The man will face charges of theft with burglary. He could receive a sentence of up to 10 years in prison.
