Despite the end of the year and the training break, the resident of Lwówek Śląski and soldier of the Bolesławiec-based 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment did not disappoint. As befits a soldier of the Polish Armed Forces, he fought until the very end.
Thanks to perseverance and determination in pursuing his goal, Zbigniew Boczar took second place at the New Year's Bench Press Competition for the Bona Fide Świebodzice Association Cup.

This was yet another competition in Świebodzice where, thanks to Mateuszowi Brzuchaczowi and Maciejowi Więckowi, the sporting event at the end of the year attracted many outstanding competitors from across Poland. Together with my teammate Jolantą Anasiewicz and teammate Marcinem Karkulą, we proudly represented the world's best team, Tytan Team.
The trip to the competition would not have been possible without the support of my loved ones—my wife Daria and my mother Jadwiga—as well as CERART Jarosław Boczar from Bolesławiec. Thanks to valuable advice from the Center for Comprehensive Physiotherapy Mariusz Machniak, I managed to avoid injury, and thanks to Jako Company Tomasz Mojsa, I had very comfortable tracksuits and great prizes.
