On Friday, December 29, a notarial deed was signed at the headquarters of the Bolesławiec District Office at Armii Krajowej Street—a preliminary agreement for the non-tender sale of the property located at Zgorzelecka Street in Bolesławiec. (This is the current headquarters of the Powiatowy Zespół Szkół i Placówek Specjalnych.)
The District undertook to sell the aforementioned property to the Municipality. As we have already reported, the Museum of Ceramics is to be moved into the current PZSiPS building. The special school, meanwhile, will be located in the building of the former “two.”
The Municipality, in turn, undertook to purchase the property on Zgorzelecka Street for PLN 2,433,500.00 net. The sale agreement will be concluded by the end of 2018 at the latest.
