He abused dogs, beating and kicking them in the head. Help catch the perpetrator!

As reported by the Lower Silesian Animal Protection Inspectorate, the Bolesławiec District Prosecutor’s Office is conducting proceedings against Marcin M., who is suspected of abusing two dogs (beating and kicking them in the head and lower abdomen). A cocker spaniel that was thrown against walls and a second mixed-breed dog were taken into the care of the Lower Silesian Animal Protection Inspectorate.

M. is hiding, so investigators in Bolesławiec have suspended the proceedings. The suspect’s last known address was an apartment on Gdańska Street in Bolesławiec.
