Bolesławiec criminal investigators arrested a 33-year-old resident of Bolesławiec suspected of breaking into a joinery workshop and stealing machine parts. The arrested man explained that he had sold the stolen property. (Officers found it at a non-ferrous metal collection point.)
Moreover, officers proved that the 33-year-old had committed two more offenses: breaking into a workshop in the Warta Bolesławiecka municipality and a theft that took place in the Bolesławiec municipality.
The suspect allegedly committed all the offenses in the second half of December. The losses caused by the 33-year-old’s criminal activity were estimated at several thousand złotys.
The arrested man confessed to the crimes. He now faces up to 10 years in prison.
