Among the tasks planned in the budget of the Bolesławiec Municipal Commune for 2018 is the development of the area above the Bóbr River for sports and recreational purposes. The implementation of this investment will be divided into stages. Next year, the following will be completed:
- pump track
- skatepark
- climbing wall
- ramps and reconstruction of the stairs
- delivery and installation of street furniture elements – bins, benches and bicycle racks
- surfacing the roads around the facilities under construction with crushed stone.

The investment is worth over PLN 5.5 million. The following will be completed in the next stage:
- sensory park
- volleyball courts
- changing-room building
- playgrounds
- event zone
- barbecue zone
- kayak landing stage
- beach
- car parking spaces.
