The suspect was arrested on 13 December on Grunwaldzka Street in Jelenia Góra. Criminal investigators from the Municipal Police Headquarters noticed a 25-year-old man who was behaving very nervously. As it turned out, he had marijuana on him.
What is more, it emerged that from January 2016 to March 2017, the arrested man supplied amphetamine to his girlfriend, who was 16 at the time. He did so around 200 times. Sometimes the girl paid for the drugs, and sometimes she received them for free.
The officers are currently clarifying all the circumstances of the incident in detail. The 25-year-old has already been placed in temporary custody for three months. He could face up to 10 years in prison.
