Criminal investigators identified and then arrested a 24-year-old resident of Jelenia Góra who is suspected of injuring another man with a knife.
The crime took place on December 17, at around 4:50 p.m., in the Zabobrze housing estate in Jelenia Góra. An argument broke out between two men in the stairwell of one of the buildings. During the argument, the 24-year-old stabbed the 32-year-old with a knife and fled the scene. The injured man was taken to hospital. He sustained serious injuries.
The arrested attacker was taken into police custody. He faces up to 15 years in prison.
