As part of the “Christmas Gift Package for a Hero” campaign, every soldier of the 10th Armored Cavalry Brigade could bring purchased food and cleaning products from November 11 to December 15. The armored soldiers did not disappoint this time either. The soldiers from Świętoszów showed that they have good hearts.

The soldiers of the seventh rotation of RSM (Polish: Resolute Support Mission) of the Polish Military Contingent in Afghanistan also donated the gifts they had collected before leaving for the mission, supporting this noble initiative. In addition to food and cleaning products, people could also bring a Christmas card, which would certainly bring a smile to the face of whoever received it.

Armored soldiers:

The slogan written on the poster promoting the “They Fought for Us, Let Us Fight for Them” campaign is a very important metaphor carrying a significant message. Former soldiers gave us much more than we are able to give them now. They defended the homeland, putting their own well-being second. Thanks to them, we can now live in a free and independent Poland. Collecting goods is one of many ways to thank veterans for their glorious deeds. It is a small gesture, but, as previous years have shown, it is needed and brings much joy.

The collected products will be given to veterans before Christmas.
