Bolesławiec City Hall handed over the construction site for the installation of lighting on Jagiellonów Street. The project includes, among other things, the construction of a cable line and the installation of 27 lamps with LED fixtures. The project is valued at PLN 129,000. The funds come from the city budget. The contractor is ITINET from Zielona Góra.

The construction site was also made available for the installation of traffic lights at Tysiąclecia Avenue. By the end of February, the installation of traffic lights at the intersection of Tysiąclecia and Gałczyńskiego streets is planned. The scope of work will include, among other things:

  • installation of cable ducts and poles
  • installation of an electrical power connection
  • installation of traffic signal lamps, cables and other signaling equipment
  • installation of horizontal and vertical road markings.

The project is valued at PLN 145,140. The contractor is a consortium of companies: Zakład Usług Inwestycyjno-Remontowych i Pomiarów Elektrycznych Cybertowicz Bogdan from Lubań (consortium leader), and its partners – Przedsiębiorstwo Elektryczne CYWIT Cybertowicz Witold from Lubań and TRAFFTECH Inżynieria Ruchu Drogowego Ferenc from Jelenia Góra.

Work related to the reconstruction of the road on Sądowa Street, carried out by Powiat Bolesławiecki with co-financing from the Bolesławiec city budget amounting to PLN 158,097, has been completed. It is worth recalling that the city budget also co-financed renovations of the county roads at Polna and Ogrodowa streets, as well as the sidewalk on Komuny Paryskiej Street. The total cost of these road projects amounted to PLN 1,479,201, including PLN 700,000 in co-financing from the city budget. Powiat Bolesławiecki provided the remaining PLN 779,201. During the works on Polna, Ogrodowa and Komuny Paryskiej streets, road lighting owned by the Municipality of Bolesławiec was also installed. The city budget allocated PLN 247,205 for the modernization of the lighting.

MZGM has completed the renovation of the façade, combined with the thermal modernization, of the multi-family building at 6 1 Maja Street. The scope of work included, among other things, waterproofing and thermal insulation of the foundation walls, and renovation of the front and courtyard façades together with insulation. The ceiling above the top floor was also thermally insulated, with a new floor installed. The works also included replacing sheet-metal flashings and windowsills, basement windows and doors on the courtyard side. A new intercom system was also installed as part of the project. The completed works cost PLN 98,123. The contractor was PHU BARTOSZ from Warta Bolesławiecka.

Façade renovations, including insulation, were also carried out in the buildings of the housing associations at 2 and 3 Teatralna Street and 3 Armii Krajowej Street, managed by Towarzystwo Budownictwa Społecznego w Bolesławcu. The renovations were carried out by the housing associations with grants from the Bolesławiec city budget to co-finance conservation, restoration or construction works on heritage sites entered in the register of historic monuments. The contractor was PHU BARTOSZ from Warta Bolesławiecka.

The renovation of the housing association building at 2 Teatralna Street cost PLN 191,731, including a PLN 150,000 grant from the Municipality of Bolesławiec. The remaining amount came from the association’s own funds. The renovation of the housing association building at 3 Teatralna Street cost PLN 207,700, including a PLN 160,000 grant from the Municipality of Bolesławiec. The remaining amount came from a bank loan taken out by the association. The renovation of the housing association building at 3 Armii Krajowej Street cost PLN 121,419, including a PLN 100,000 grant from the Municipality of Bolesławiec. The remaining amount came from the association’s own funds.
