One of the mothers from Bolesławiec asked us to address the issue of the playground on Łukasiewicza Street:

Despite the playground’s fairly large size, there are only a few benches. During good weather and at peak times, parents can hardly find a place to sit there. In addition, the existing benches with backrests were recently replaced with uncomfortable backless ones.

According to the reader, in the City of Ceramics there are places where benches are “installed without restraint” (Kubika Street), while in places where they are badly needed, there are very few.

Grażyna Strzyżewska, deputy director of the Municipal Housing Management Facility in Bolesławiec: “At the playground on Łukasiewicza Street, we will add more benches in the spring of next year. We will try to ensure that the number of benches meets the needs of the children and their parents using the playground.”
