Bolesławiec’s National Independence Day celebrations will take place on Saturday (November 11). The ceremonies will begin with a performance by students from I LO and a Mass for the Homeland at the Basilica. After the Mass, Bolesławiec’s Market Square will host, among other things, the raising of the flag and the playing of the national anthem in the presence of soldiers from the 23rd Silesian Artillery Regiment and US Army soldiers stationed in Bolesławiec.

Meanwhile, at 1:30 p.m., the Old Theatre will host a patriotic concert, “Poland Through the Eyes of Europe.”
