A man decided to dump waste in the forest between Dobra (Bolesławiec gmina) and Osieczów (Osiecznica gmina). Forest guards identified the perpetrator. The resident of Bolesławiec County received a PLN 500 fine and was ordered to clean up the mess. (Which he did.)
