The incident occurred on September 27. The Bolesławiec Municipal Police dispatcher received a report about a young man who, while walking along Kubika Street, was placing advertising leaflets on streetlight poles.
The monitoring staff then noticed a man putting notices on a streetlamp on Kościelna Street, at the level of the Bolesławiec Basilica of the Assumption of the Blessed Virgin Mary. A patrol was immediately sent to the scene.
The offender was caught red-handed near Mickiewicza Street. The young man was fined and ordered to remove the advertisements.
