The crime took place during the night of September 18–19 in Piechowice. Taking advantage of the owner's absence, the man broke into a building and robbed it. The thief made off with electronic equipment worth nearly PLN 5,000.
The suspect turned out to be a 39-year-old resident of Piechowice. He was arrested and confessed to the crime. (It is possible that he has committed more offenses of this kind).
The 39-year-old faces up to 10 years in prison.
