The incident occurred on Sunday, 17 September, in the evening, at the A18 exit (Osiecznica commune). The 62-year-old Audi driver from Osiecznica commune failed to yield the right of way to a 47-year-old from Żary, who was driving a Mazda. The cars collided side-on. Fortunately, no one was injured.
The driver responsible for the collision was fined PLN 500. Firefighters from Przejęsław, Osiecznica and Bolesławiec took part in the operation.
