Police officers detained a 40-year-old resident of Zgorzelec suspected of possessing psychotropic substances (nearly 1,400 doses of methamphetamine). What is more, in the basements he occupied, officers found 15 mountain bikes, power tools and car-care products that may have come from theft.
At the request of the police and the District Prosecutor’s Office, the court remanded the 40-year-old in custody for three months. The man faces up to 10 years in prison.
