– The choice of wreath was not easy – emphasizes the chairwoman of the competition committee, Beata Domerecka, head of the Stanisław Wyspiański Youth Cultural Centre in Bolesławiec. – As a committee, we attended three harvest festivals: in Gromadka Municipality, Osiecznica Municipality and Bolesławiec Municipality. The abundance of wreaths, compliance with tradition, and the variety of grains and materials were the main factors assessed. The final criterion was the aesthetic quality of the wreath, which was crowned with a dome in the shape of a crown.
The committee unanimously selected the wreath from Nowa Wieś Kraśnicka. Second place went to the wreath prepared by residents of Kraśnik Dolny, while third place went to the work of residents of Wierzbowa. Distinctions were awarded to Kraśnik Górny, Mierzwin and Łaziska.
