Police officers from Zgorzelec County stopped a motorcyclist for a roadside check. The 28-year-old was speeding at up to 120 km/h in an area where the speed limit is 50 km/h. The incident occurred on provincial road no. 296, near Czerwona Woda.
The police could only make one decision. The motorcyclist, a resident of Małopolskie Voivodeship, received a fine and 10 penalty points. The man will also lose his driving licence for three months.
