The police’s thorough and painstaking work led to the identification of a suspect who committed several property crimes in April in the Warta Bolesławiecka municipality. The 17-year-old resident of Bolesławiec was charged with breaking into an outbuilding and stealing a wallet containing documents, breaking into a bus and stealing money, as well as stealing jewelry worth nearly PLN 20,000.
The teenager confessed to the crimes. (The police recovered some of the stolen items.)
Interestingly, the suspect was wanted by the District Court in Bolesławiec—he was to be taken to a juvenile detention center. He will soon be transported to the facility in a police convoy.
