Police officers detained a 24-year-old man suspected of breaking into and stealing vehicles. According to the officers’ findings, between May and July the detainee committed at least 7 burglaries in Jelenia Góra. Interestingly, the 24-year-old stole only Honda cars.
The victims’ losses were estimated at several tens of thousands of zlotys. The officers managed to find two of the stolen cars. It is known, however, that the 24-year-old sold one Honda to someone and took the other to a scrap-metal collection point.
The 24-year-old was taken into police custody. He faces up to 10 years in prison.
