Over those five days, there were 18 road collisions and one accident in which one person was injured. (There were no fatal accidents.)
What is more, officers caught nine drivers who were driving under the influence, as well as nine who exceeded the speed limit by 50 km/h in a built-up area. The record-holder sped through Trójca at 139 km/h.
A driver who got behind the wheel despite a court-imposed driving ban was also detained, along with two drivers whose licences had been revoked.
