At the end of May, a woman from Bolesławiec wrote to us: “Where can we report a request to build a playground? We live on Chrobrego Street. There are many children on the estate, and instead of a playground there is an old, potholed concrete basketball court.”
At the time, we managed to establish that the City was not planning any investment this year in the area behind Chrobrego Street, Królowej Jadwigi Street and Fabryczna Street. “But if anything is done there in the following years, it will only be after consultations with residents,” Agnieszka Gergont, spokesperson for Bolesławiec City Hall, said at the beginning of June.
We have now received a signal from a reader that although there is still no playground there, at least the area has become greener.
