The alleged offenses were committed in Gierałtów, in Bolesławiec County (Nowogrodziec Commune). According to the District Prosecutor’s Office in Bolesławiec, Jacek Ż. allegedly abused a woman living with him and threatened her and her children with death.
In addition, Jacek Ż. was charged with making criminal threats against three other people. The suspect was also charged with driving motor vehicles on a public road despite a valid court-imposed driving ban, as well as illegally possessing six rounds of ammunition for a firearm.
Jacek Ż. faces up to eight years in prison.
