The ceremonies were attended by the First Deputy Commander of the Provincial Police Headquarters in Wrocław, Inspector Piotr Leciejewski, representatives of services cooperating with the police, local government authorities, the clergy and the largest employers in Zgorzelec County, as well as delegations from foreign police forces from the Czech Republic and Germany.
