For the fourth time, participants in the Chain of Light action gathered outside the court in Bolesławiec. As usual, the people assembled outside the court sang the national anthem. Despite the rain, participants in today’s protests are pleased with President Andrzej Duda’s response to the judicial reform concerning the Supreme Court and the National Council of the Judiciary, pushed through by Law and Justice (PiS). However, no one is speaking of complete success. There has been success, but only partial success; this is the prevailing view among the participants in the protest action. Nevertheless, no one doubts that actions of this kind are meaningful. People were pleased with President Duda’s latest decision and thanked one another. The police were also thanked.
