Police officers from Karpacz detained a 22-year-old man suspected of possessing drugs and driving a vehicle under their influence. The 22-year-old was caught during a traffic check. The suspect attracted the officers’ attention because he was driving a car without a front license plate and speeding.
What is more, during the check, the 22-year-old behaved unnaturally; he was extremely nervous and agitated. He mumbled. To make matters worse, the officers noticed that he was clutching something in his hand. As it turned out, it was a bag of marijuana.
After a while, the man admitted that before getting behind the wheel, he had smoked marijuana and taken amphetamine. He had those drugs on him as well.
The 22-year-old suspect was taken into police custody. He could face up to three years in prison.
