The notarial deed states that Gmina Miejska Bolesławiec is transferring a developed plot measuring 0.3653 hectares at 8 Bankowa Street. The property includes an educational building and two other non-residential buildings forming a functional whole. The plot contains a surfaced sports field, landscaped green areas and, between the buildings, a paved area; the property is fenced on the side of Karola Miarki and Bankowa streets. According to the valuation report prepared by a property appraiser, the donation was valued at PLN 1,790,000. Under Bolesławiec’s local spatial development plan, adopted by Resolution No. VI/43/07 of the Bolesławiec City Council dated 14 March 2007, the property is located in an area designated for educational services.
The donation of the property at 8 Bankowa Street is intended for a public purpose related to establishing a new premises for Powiatowy Zespół Szkół i Placówek Specjalnych w Bolesławcu. The donation may be revoked if its purpose is not fulfilled within 10 years from the date the donation agreement is signed. The signing of the notarial deed was preceded, among other things, by the Bolesławiec City Council resolution of 10 May 2017 consenting to the donation to Bolesławiec County of the developed land property at 8 Bankowa Street in Bolesławiec for the establishment of a new premises for Powiatowy Zespół Szkół i Placówek Specjalnych w Bolesławcu; the order of the Mayor of Bolesławiec dated 19 June 2017; and the resolution of the Bolesławiec County Board dated 6 July 2017 concerning the acquisition into county ownership and inclusion in the county property holdings of the property at 8 Bankowa Street in Bolesławiec, owned by a local government unit.
