The tragedy occurred on Friday, June 30. (A Reader notified us about the incident, writing on Facebook: “What about the body near Biedronka on Chrobrego Street?!”). After 5:00 p.m., police received a report about a man lying on Chrobrego Street in Bolesławiec. A doctor who arrived at the scene pronounced him dead.
The deceased was a 66-year-old Bolesławiec resident. The prosecutor’s office is investigating the circumstances surrounding the death of a resident of our city.
