The incident took place on Monday, May 5, near Carrefour in Bolesławiec. A 31-year-old driver from Bolesławiec County, driving an Audi, failed to yield the right of way to a 10-year-old cyclist. A collision occurred. Fortunately, the boy did not suffer any more serious injuries.
The 31-year-old was sober. His driving licence was confiscated. The case will be decided in court. Police appeal for caution!
