A man suspected of two robberies was detained on 30 May. The first crime took place on 17 May in Legnica. Threatening two teenagers with a knife, the perpetrator forced them to hand over their mobile phones. He committed the next robbery three days later, in the same way. He robbed two other teenagers of a mobile phone, a wireless speaker and… PLN 5.
What is more, a week later he misappropriated a car used to deliver pizzas, as well as the pizzeria’s takings and an insulated delivery bag. The losses were estimated at more than PLN 2,000.
At the time of his arrest, the 31-year-old was carrying several doses of methamphetamine. The man confessed to the crimes. At the request of the police and the prosecutor’s office, the court ordered the aggressor held in temporary custody for three months. He faces up to 12 years in prison.
