This was part of the “Healthy and Happy” campaign organised by the Lubin police, the sanitary inspection and MOPS. The activities were held in connection with the upcoming World No Tobacco Day. The campaign’s main aim was to promote a healthy lifestyle.
The kindergarten children took part in a march during which, together with Commissioner Leo, they chanted the slogans “Don’t smoke around me, or you’ll have black lungs”, “Life is a treasure”, and handed out leaflets.
The children also took part in a drawing competition on the harmful effects of smoking cigarettes, consuming alcohol and using other intoxicating substances. The winners were the children from Municipal Kindergarten No. 7 in Lubin. Details are available on the website of the District Police Headquarters in Lubin.
